Dylan Purple opens with cassis — blackcurrant, dark and ripe — lifted immediately by the brightness of Calabrian bergamot. It is a confident opening: saturated, chromatic, entirely itself. The transition into the heart carries that energy forward without softening it.
Violet and peony occupy the middle of the composition with a presence that is both feminine and precise. Not the diffuse violet of casual scents, but something with edges. Patchouli and woody musk in the base keep it from tipping into sweetness, adding a low, grounding resonance that extends the sillage well past the opening.
