Shipping & Returns

At Casa di Olfatto, we prepare every order with care. Below you will find our shipping and returns information.

Processing

Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 ship free. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided by the carrier at time of dispatch.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance decants and samples, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We are not able to accept returns on opened or used vials.
