Foreste di Seta — Forests of Silk — announces its intention from the first moment: bergamot and black pepper over cardamom, an opening that is both aromatic and slightly dark, the smell of a forest path before the day has warmed it. Rose and iris follow in the heart, adding a refinement that keeps the composition from becoming purely rooty or woody.

Patchouli and sandalwood form the base, joined by amber and musk in a dry-down that is genuinely silken — the forest of the title made accessible. Wears exceptionally close to skin. A fragrance for still rooms and measured conversations.
