Return window
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Casa di Olfatto, such as an incorrect or damaged item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order cancellations
