Casa di Olfatto offers free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders over $50. Eligibility is calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier at checkout or after shipment. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier service.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by the carrier at checkout.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Casa di Olfatto is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or marked-delivered packages

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. You may also contact us and we will assist where possible.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping box
